I became aware of Arnel Pineda. His story brought me to tears. I watched a 3 part interview series of Pineda on the Oprah show and posted on YouTube in 2012.

 Arnel Pineda, a poor boy raised in the Philippines, became lead singer of the successful band Journey. He had a dream. A dream that was so big he could hardly believe it to be true. On Oprah’s show he performed Journey’s hit song “Don’t Stop Believen”.  Exactly my message this week.  It was an exciting moment to see the leap that this performer made from playing in the back of the Manilla Hard Rock Cafe to being part of the Journey band.

Whatever your situation in your Network Marketing company or home based business don’t stop believing in your dreams and vision. You made the decision and choice to be right where you are today because at that moment you believed your success was possible. And, everyone in your organization or downline starts their journey believing the same. That is why you and they signed up for your independent distributorships. It is the vision. It is the belief.

Mine –

I was, and still am, a woman on the corporate track to success. I was introduced to my network marketing business and jumped (not entirely but that is another story) on this opportunity because I wanted another stream of income and really liked the product of the company I was joining. I knew my corporate job, though I love what I do, was not going to achieve my dreams nor when the time would come that I decided I was done with my corporate position, would I receive another pay check. I was told that in MLM that an ongoing income was a high probability if I worked my business.  I believed this and believed I could make it happen.

I am closer this day to my dreams because of network marketing / MLM and my home based business.  It is a wonderful feeling.  I have had amazing mentors in

Jordan Adler, Mark Herdering and Jackie Ulmer who have given me the foundation and encouragement to believe!

I saw these videos and thought who can I share this with that would understand the impact of believing in themselves. You popped into my mind. I am so grateful and appreciate that you show up here to share ideas, concepts, wisdom and success.
