vision

First it is the leader’s own; and then it grows into one for their
organization. In the early days of a new distributor’s business, your faith is often what he/she clings to first.

Zig Ziglar said – “People with hope take action. Encouragement is the fuel on which that hope runs. That encouragement is what everyone needs.”

As a network marketer, that is part of your job description. You
are the fuel and your job is fueling that hope for others.

Let’s face it – this can be an emotional business. And the
emotional ups and downs can take their toll if your team is not
held together through vision and faith.

As the leader, be the one to hold that vision for your team. This
includes your own vision; the company’s vision; the vision of the
industry and your distributor’s vision.

Often, people come in skeptical and are just looking for a glimmer
of evidence that “this just won’t work.” Be clear from the start
on your belief that it does work; is working; and certainly can
work for those interested in seeing the job through.

It’s very important that you are clear and consistent in sharing
your solid faith in what you are doing and what will come to pass.
It’s no time to be wishy-washy.

Immediate, consistent follow through is a great way to impart this
belief right away. When you sponsor someone new, pick up the phone
and make that call. Don’t rely solely on email. Call them once
every week or ten days for the first month or two. Create that
bond that passes on your vision; a vision that includes him/her as
an important part of your organization.

You are the first initial evidence they have that this business is
real and will work. Create a vision that is powerful enough to see
you and your team to the finish line.

Have a SUCCESSFUL Thanksgiving Day and all your days!!!
