I am excited to focus on strategy with you today because in most business circles we talk about “What are your goals?”  Now I am a very dedicated goal setting. Having a vision of what you want 10 years from now or maybe even 20 years from now. Having that is like saying you are leaving New York City and going to Seattle. You have a start and a destination.  You would want to know what your long term goals are so that your immediate goals match this and take you one step closer to your vision.

By knowing what you want you can chunk it down into bite size achievable pieces each year.

It is achieving those bite sized pieces that I want to talk about today.  When you have a goal of having 10,000 Distributors on your team you will want to chunk this down into a bite sized achievable piece of, well maybe 100 Distributors. How will you get 100 Distributors on your team?

The answer to that is the strategy for getting there.

A strategy for achieving your goals in 2013 might be identifying how much time you are committing to working in your business, how many networking events you will attend, or what will be your method for finding and connecting with prospects.  A strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve your 90 Day goal or your 1 year goal.

In most network marketing companies there is what I like to call a success formula. It actually is a strategy.  The success formula in my company is very much like that of many MLM companies.

1 Contact 1 new person per day and enter them into your contact manager.
2 Use your product – be a product of the product.
3 Do a follow up call to one of the people in your contact manager who has shown interest in your product or business.
4 Do a business presentation.
5 Have fun!

Along with knowing how much time you plan to spend every day to execute your success formula is all part of your strategy to reach your goals.

What has been the best part of your strategy in the past that has helped you on your way to your success?  Or create a strategy and share it with us.  We will hold you accountable to your success.

Much success!

Have an outstanding day!
