leaders

Leaders Listen and Serve.

As an entrepreneur, owner of your home based business, whether a franchise or a network marketing business you must first be a leader for yourself. Sounds funny. But so true.

Real leaders are selfless, persuasive and committed to creating lasting positive change in themselves and those around them.  This is not just in work situations but in every area of life, work, in public office, in school or as a parent.

Your profile: in a corporate job or position, executing other people’s vision or orders,
under 55 years old, creative thinker and self- starter.   You have a vision and have felt that deep inside you there is the leader that has yet to show itself.  To step up.
You have created some positive change for yourself and others only to return to old habits. You feel frustrated because, even when you change yourself, you don’t seem to be able to help others with the same or similar obstacles.

When was a time where you stepped into being a Leader?  What did you learn about yourself and your relationship to others? What did you notice made the difference between being a leader vs following someone else’s strategy?
