Did you know this can stem from your personality type? I recently attended the Anthony Robbins Business Mastery Program. A great eye opener. One of the fundamentals was understanding that each one of us operates in a Core Nature in our business.
The 3 Business Core Types are:

1 Artist
An Artist’s nature is someone who has a talent that they are passionate about working with and with which they consistently serve the community needs.
2 Manager / Leader
A Manager Leader is someone who is passionate about success from creating and implementing business processes, and structures delivered consistently. This person meets the needs of the artist so the company meets the needs of the community sustainably.
3 Entrepreneur
An Entrepreneur is a creator and visionary who is willing to take the personal risk for the excitement and ultimate profit.
What core type is your predominate core nature? This is the operating method where you find your passion. It juices you and motivates you toward your vision.

For the longest time I believed I was an Entrepreneur because I thought that was what I should be and that was more significant. What I have discovered is that I really am an Artist. I find that I am a very hands on providing the services and products myself or working with others to do the same. I love that part of my business and life. What became apparent is that I still needed all three personality types on my success team. Understanding who you are can help you make clear who you need for your success team.
Why is knowing your Core Business Type important to you? Especially in Network Marketing / MLM where our primary responsibility is to be the independent marketing / sales arm of our Network Marketing company, we still are independent business owners and treating our business like a business and not a hobby means understanding the pieces of our profession. A foundational piece is understanding you and how you work best.
Knowing yourself, being conscious and aware of who you are and setting up the support or partnering with others to have all the business natures handled will help you rocket to success.
